Scoring in Dota 2
Scoring Method:
Victory: Earn 40 points for team victory.
Assist: Gain 4 points for contributing to a kill.
Kill: Receive 3 points for eliminating an enemy hero.
Lost Hit: Earn 0.05 points for each creep killed without the last hit from an enemy hero.
Hero Damage: Gain 0.0001 points based on the damage dealt to enemy heroes.
Penalty Method:
Death: Lose 4 points for each death.
Example of Score Calculation:
Team victory + 2 assists + 1 kill + 100 lost hits + 10,000 hero damage - 1 death
40 + 4 * 2 + 3 + 100 * 0.05 + 10,000 * 0.0001 - 4 = 60.25 points.
